The shipping cost, which is calculated automatically, is the only cost for delivery to the customer.

Currently Stripe is the only payment method available through our website.  We are growing and this will change.  Customers will be notified of changes as they occur.

Delivery times vary depending on where in the U.S. the package is being delivered.  US Postal Service (USPS) normally delivers within 5 – 7 business days for most packages.  If there are any problems and your shipment is late beyond these dates please send us an email and we will let you know if there are any problems with your shipment.

The Ursa Domain website has the same level of encryption as any other website.  SSL (the URL starts with ‘https’) is part of the secure connection resident with the website.  Your personal information is kept secure and is not maintained nor sold to third parties for any reason.  

After order you should receive an email with the details of your purchase.  This is your receipt for purchasing any item from Ursa Domain.  If you do not receive an email receipt please send us a notification and we will get you a receipt.

Yes.  Email receipts are automatically generated for any purchase from our website.  If you don’t receive one please notify us and we will get right on finding the problem and getting a receipt to you.  As a small business just starting, it is vitally important that our customers are attended to promptly and solutions are presented without the customer have to do much at all.
